After just following Orbital all around Australia a week ago I get to see my other favourite band over here within a few months of each other!

What I really want to know though is WILL THERE BE A SOLO SHOW THIS TIME????? Loved seeing them over here on Bondi Beach for Shore Thing NYE 2008 (and at the Gold Coast Summerdayze festival a couple of days later) but they didn't do any side solo shows on that trip and really would love to see them play somewhere like The Hordern in Sydney again.

I suppose there will be no solo show announcements until We Love sells out but I bloody hope there is one.

If anyone happens to know anything....? :D Please tell.

Thanks for the news Matt. Been a long time since Underworld played any non-festival shows in Oz. Kinda means you get almost the same crowd pleasing setlist with maybe a few different songs but its never stopped me before...

WOOOO HOOOO! Back in Oz for 3 weeks in June and now I hear this! I will back in the hometown (Melbourne) for the June 13 session. STOKED! Did you hear me? STOKED I SAID! :D:D:D

so i see they are going to play every major city in australia except brisbane. nothing new there for a massive international band i suppose....

can anybody here confirm or contradict this statement???

underworld if you can read this, come to brisbane, itll be massive - play at the riverstage at sunset it will be amazing!!!! ill be heartbroken if i have to miss you just for living up north.

Time to mortgage the house and go to every gig. I think Badger will be doing something like that. But every city you say? Perth too? Wheres Mike Long?

Agreed that they should definitely come to Brisbane, perhaps a mid-week gig just like Orbital did afew weeks ago

Lucky flights are cheap from brisbane down to sydney , will be great to see the lads again. Went to the Summadayse show in Melb last year which wasnt the best due to the technical difficulties and the guidos.

Whats the welovesounds vibe like ? I've always loved the Horden as a venue although the quality of sound can be hit and miss
