This was my first dancecast listening. I like the concept, the professional announcements and the quality of the show production. Unfortunately, I have to say that the music didn't do much for me - a little too housey and squeaky for my taste. But then, that's simply a question of taste... :o

I have matured the show somewhat since its conception last year... less 'clubby' and vocal, now much more grown up progressive house with some acidic techno, trance and breaks now and again... although the genres change each episode - its great feedback though, im glad im making a show thats worth putting out :)

Your right it is a question of taste, i do cater for a specific audience... but mostly to please myself so i can enjoy what i do..

I should plug marshall watson's 'Beat Repeat' show which takes care of the deeper vibes in his show every week, check it out here..

Same here. I think this approach is essential since it shows in the result that you enjoy doing what you do.

But then, we don't have to make a living fromt it, hence no need to sell out...
