There Should Always Be Mixage

EDIT: Current version is online here:

<DL link in post #3 below.>

My fist-ever mix. I've been meaning to do this for years, literally. Thanks to my colleague Sebastian this mix has come into existence just yesterday. Me being a musical n00b, he showed me a few basic technical tricks; plus, with his musical enthusiasm, he encouraged me to heave my ass up - or, rather, down and seated for days in front of the 'puter - in order to finally get this thing done.

Actually, it's more a 'collection of music I like' than a mix. As you can see from the tracklist, it's going all over the map. If I had to put a label on it, it would probably read as 'sped-up downbeat minimal and some other silly techno sub-genre descriptors'.

I'm afraid there are a few bumpy transitions since I've just started developing teknikal skillz.

Therefore, any and all criticism and advice at improvements are most welcome.

Tracklist:
01 Floyd - Es müßte immer Musik da sein (Absolute Giganten Soundtrack)
02 Glitterbug - We Will All Go
03 Glitterbug - Oh My Hick!
04 Kante - Best of Both Worlds
05 Kaito - Air Rider
06 Das Glow - Cathédrale
07 Kante - Best of Both Worlds
08 Tocotronic - Jackpot (Thomas & Dettinger K.O. Kompakt Mix)
09 Wighnomy Brothers - Somewhere Over the Slippybergün
10 Sleeparchive - Transposition Reverse
11 Modeselektor feat. TTC - Dancing Box (Sleeparchive Remix)
12 Monolake - North
13 LCD Soundsystem - Track 3 from 45:33
14 Underworld - Vanilla Monkey (Buick Project Remix)
15 Underworld - Play Pig (Underworld Riverrun Version)
16 Underworld - Play Pig (Pig & Dan Mix 2)
17 Frank Martiniq - Adriano (Michael Mayer Remix)
18 Kelley Polar - Chrysanthemum
Bonus:
19 Imogen Heap - Just for Now (Live at Studio 11, 103.1 FM)
+ the odd tidbit in between.

Total time: 71:10.

You're a bot, right? If yes, you don't perchance happen to look like Major Kusanagi, do you? *drool*

Ah well, I guess not...

Whoops. :o Sorry, didn't mean to offend you. Simply didn't get your cryptic messages.

I cannot quite feel why the picture makes you sad but I'm comfortable with you drawing any emotion from it at all. :)

You mean, upload TO a site? Well, there's tons of pages that offer you free webspace, either with our without registering first. I've had positve experience with www.megaupload.com, www.filefront.com, www.sendspace.com. The most important U"S"Ps are uploadable file size, download speed and how long a potential downloader has to wait before the download starts.

Here's a - somewhat dated - thread on the topic: http://www.darktrain.org/dirty/forum...ead.php?t=2326.
