Actually the 2nd time I've had tix for a show they've cancelled (first was back in 98 when Mike D. broke his arm).

Of course I don't mind, I just hope Yauch recovers fully!

Yea, the whole thing sounds really positive. They caught it early, it's not near his vocal cords, should be a simple surgery and a short time frame to recuperate. It really is a shame though, a shame for MCA to have to go through this, a shame for the record to be pushed back and a shame for the tour. I can't wait for that record to hit, isn't Nas a guest on it?

yea - there's a new track with Nas on it...

I got a 128 kbps leak of it the other day, but I think it was released on iTunes, etc yesterday

it's not bad... although it sounds very familiar

(I'm actually listening to it right now)

It might have some bits from "Alive" ... or maybe even "A World Gone Mad"

Yea, finally got a listen to the Nas collab. What a shame, that could've been amazing if the production for the music was better. :(
