I'd like to use this space to give thanks to Danielle at Underworld HQ for being so helpful with shop orders and general fan inquiries. We all love Rick, Karl, Darren and the designers (Toby et.al) who make the art we all love but they also have some fantastic people working with them behind the scenes.

Three cheers for Danielle and a rousing thanks to the rest of the crew.

If Danielle or someone else behind the scenes at UW.HQ has helped you out, lets here a bit of praise for them in this thread.

Unfortunately, I haven't had any troubles with the shop so far, so I haven't had the pleasure of having to contact Danielle. :(

anyway there was an order mixup and she was extremely nice about it, she followed through and with a thank you on the back of the postcard. i ended up giving the extra cd i got to a fellow dirt.

I've heard from other dirts who have had positive experiences with Danielle and thought it would be nice to publicly say thanks if someone at UW.HQ has provided quality service. Seems you had a good experience too.

What a lovely appreciatiave thread this is turning out to be - just shows that common courtesy is still alive and well :) Danielle's announcement on the Southampton broadcast re the "u/w socks" always brings a smile to my face (together with Karl's reply!)
