me and some friends got tix to see this during its one showing at a theater in NYC in January. cant wait. looks awesome.

Saw the preview night screening in LA. At one point a guy got up in front of the screen and started dancing...that quickly turned into a mini-rave of 50+ dancing and everyone who stayed in their seats was swaying along with them. Even sitting still the theater seats were moving along to the rhythm.
Eventually they stopped the film and wouldn't start again until everyone was seated.

Definitely one of my most memorable film-going experiences.

The film itself is well worth a watch if you're a Chems fan. It captures their 2010 shows perfectly.

Almost exactly one week ago, about halfway through the movie, I realized I had totally forgotten to buy tickets and go to the cinema. :(

i haven't seen it, but i've heard the soundtrack - it's their everything, everything or Alive 2007 - really, really awesome set that doesn't quit, IMO it destroys the studio stuff
