Re: Underworld to perform at Rijksmuseum

I listen to Tom's shows on BBC 6Music every week. He has a great 3 hour show on a Friday evening, and a weekly new music show featuring 1 hour of new music. On the 3 hr show he always has a 20-25min guest mix. Last week it was Forest Swords. All available on the site for a month.

I am not... can you ask them something from the Dirties? Like why their live gigs aren't as surprising anymore due to jamming and song choice? And why they do not release more digital stuff from their archives in their webshop?

I think he meant the gig, not the keynote. Also, the keynote is over already. And also, I don't think it was a Q&A

The link has a unique ID at the end of it, but... it just goes to Underworld's facebook page. I guess it'll be a facebook livestream?

I managed to get a ticket as well. But people who didn't got a link for the live video stream which sends you to the Underworld Facebookpage (see attached screenshot). So I guess they will be streaming it on their FB-page.

An interview with Karl regarding the festival can be found here (in Dutch, login required):
https://www.parool.nl/ade/karl-hyde-...nden~a4522373/

Interesting parts thru google translate:
"It will be very different from a typical Underworld concert. When we perform at a festival, we have a fixed programme. We have been working on a parallel version of Underworld for a while, which could provide us with a lot of freedom. We're going to improvise, it's a ninety-minute journey, of which we do not know what the end point is. We bring the music to where we and the public want it to go. We're going to reinvent Underworld."

"We have made a global plan, but it is possible that we rethink everything again at the last moment. Everything is live, but it will look more like a dj set than a concert. And it's about the music, the visuals will be modest."
