I think my husband would file for divorce if I spent two weekends in a row jetting off to foreign climes to party :D

Have a great time, Leon (and Robert)

It was friggin great!

I enjoyed Ellien Allien and Apparat the most.
Krafwerk was also impressive
...and the food was terrible.

Panoptica was disapointing. Did you see James Holden there ?

Well we actually saw the first 15 minutes and that was really kinda boring. But, as Robert said to me afterwards ILT, you can't judge his set for the 15 minutes that we've heard.

But still, it was kinda boring.

The food really sucked indeed.
And the chill-out room was rediculous. Everyone who wanted in or out had to pass that room, so there were always a lot of people walking there. There were no proper couches or seats to rest in and the room was way too big for the ambience music that was played. Big time reverb, made the music sound aweful.

But Kraftwerk, Ellen Allien & Apparat and Laurent Garnier & Carl Craig were all good.

That's right. He returns sometimes on kinda-like classic trance territories, but always with personnal selection. I saw him only 30 minutes @ Pukkelpop, so...

It seems that things haven't really evolved about the chill-out room :)

Last year I had a fucking bactery attack the day after ILT because of the free water I think, I will pass over the details...

To end, Carl Craig was very good @ Pukkelpop, ar the point that this is hard to believe that he is not usually known for his sets but for his productions. And I was really deceived by Fabric 25 after seeing him...

Edit: Apparat alone is a killer. I saw him last year at Panoptica(so so better,grrr...)

Well, you do get a lot. A lot of ketchup on your hamburger that is.

When I bleed, there's ketchup coming out.

Holy crap did Dave Clarke surprise the hell out of me buy playing nice and blindingly hard at the end! NICE ONE!

His set, Technasia, and Pet Duo were the highlights for me.

Awesome festival really. Probably the best techno event I've ever attended...

And yeh what did you expect in the food? I knew full well when i got it I was getting something to get the job done of making my stomach no longer empty, not making my taste buds go nuts.

Of course I don't expect Jamie Oliver to cook there, but if you've ever been to the Lowlands festival in Holland, you know what good festival-food tastes like, so it is really possible :p

And you're right, it kinda filled my stomach so it's allright.
