Download problems!? Wasted a tenner?
 

Tried to extract the latest Riverrun and it isnt showing to extract although i have managed to purchase but twice! Does this mean i have paid a tenner already for nothing?

Paid my fiver no probs... BUT

Download loads immediately at 0kb. In both IE and Firefox.

I remember buying LBT twice, and the guys at uwlive returned my £5 - I didn't even know I had paid twice :D Don't worry, you'll get your money back I'm sure

hmmm I just tried to download mine and had the same problem. O kb downloaded and Safari, of course, experienced an expanding error. Tried again with Explorer and the same problem occured.
Do I write sales? its a bit of a technical question.
Think I'll wait till lunch

downloads may stall - or break - or stop - or get corrupt - or...

but this is not UWs fault! it's called internet. it's called TCP/IP.
just delete the downloaded file, and try again. perhaps stop other downloading programs.

as for "extra copies": give it to a friend, or if you have to: mail sales about it.

I don't see how mentioning problems and getting potential solutions from others who had those same problems is moaning.

Yes...went to redownload it for the new bitrate and I got "this archive is corrupt"...I stupidly deleted the old file before it finished!

On second inspection...the new file is only 20 kb...

I just downloaded the 192 Khz version and on the first try it was only a tiny 20kb file but on the second try it worked properly. So if it doesn't work the first time, just try again :)

All sorted out. Sales wrote back that I should keep trying since so many buyers at once was making things difficult. Tried some more and got a good download.
