The NYC gig is in serious jeopardy of not having a venue.

The Mirage has been under renovation for a couple months, and was supposed to reopen today. The city says everything is cancelled through the weekend, because it hasn't passed inspections. I sure hope UW is investigating contingency venues.

I did check with uw management to see if they had news, i'll let you guys know if I hear anything, so far best bet is to check the BM instagram/site for update

I have been keeping an eye on their socials as well as local news sites and nyc subreddits and no one seems to know anything other than it’s been a shitshow. i am not optimistic.

Yes, it sounds like they will move it. Avant Gardner is the owner of the Mirage and also the promoter for the show, so it is their responsibility to find a new venue for the show.

UPDATE FOR NEW YORK TICKET HOLDERS

There are ongoing delays at the Brooklyn Mirage and as a result, our scheduled show on Thursday May 15th cannot take place ? BUT we have a plan.

First and foremost, all ticket holders will be getting an automatic full refund.

Instead, we will be putting on our show at Kings Theatre, Brooklyn, on May 15th.

Tickets will need to be re-purchased and will be available from 12pm EST TODAY, May 12th.

We know we are asking a lot of you, so these tickets will be available at a reduced cost.

This is the only option available to us due to the production of our show, venue availability, and the number of people attending. But we WANT to dance with you. We WILL dance together. We have a show that you will love and we want to share it.

Any space is a rave when we?re together in the smoke and the lights.

That was absolutely insane. SO many remixes of classic tracks... basically everything was a total banger.

Highlights: Denver Luna was hot, and Tin There melted the crowd at the end of the first set. The remix of Cowgirl was intense.
Ony low point to me: And the Color Red.

Wonderful, wonderful show. I got absolutely rinsed out and my calves will be burning for days from all the dancing.

They had such energy in the show, it was relentless. Much stronger than the last time I saw them in NY.

Still humming from this. Great to hear the big hits but so happy to have personal favorites like Push Upstairs, Confusion, Low Burn, S T A R, Juanita, and Tin There show up. I’m sorting out how I feel about the dubstep iteration of the PU bassline, hah.

Like you said potatobroth, Tin There absolutely destroyed the end of the first set. It was a really generous three hours, though they seemed to condense a few tracks like Cowgirl to fit in a shorter runtime. No complaints, since it let them fit a few more songs in.

Can’t believe this form, it was so great. I don’t know why I was expecting something more sedate but holy hell, this was the opposite of that.
