ticket arrived this week. hotel and train tickets booked a few weeks ago.

Getting excited. also wondering if we may get a few surprises? Noticed the other day Karls diary got no updates for a month. Might that be because they're working on something, or simply rehearsing?

Their tweet announcing the Bristol show said "Playing some new songs"

He's been uploading them in batches in recent years. For example, almost the entire month of January this year was only uploaded on Jan. 31. He may just be behind in uploading February's entries.

I saw the email re bristol after my post. now I am proper excited. Probs need to ensure I am able to acquire some merch too.

I didn't realise the diary entries were uploaded in batches. Hopefully he's behind with the feb updates owing to the intensity of prep for drift series 2? (wishful thinking obvs!)

They didn't used to be, but for the past couple years, that's how it's been going. You'll notice, he just uploaded the past month that was missing a couple days ago.

Approximate schedule:
5:30pm Restaurants and bars open
6:30pm Box and Auditorium doors open
7:30pm Support
8:35pm Interval (25 mins)
9pm Underworld
11pm Approximate end

According to khouri on Discord, Rick is doing a DJ set for this, so you'll probably want to be early and not miss that Support slot.

Re: 2023-03-20 Royal Albert Hall, London (Teenage Cancer Trust)

Yeah, Rick kinda did 2 warm up sets. First one was glorious. Amazing version of river of bass.
Main set list same as Bristol except push upstairs was swapped in for border country (which I'd have loved to have heard, as the version played at Wembley in 2019 blew me away).
All the new songs ROCK, especially denver luna. Gene pool awesome too.
Bit surprised nothing from 100 days/barking/Barbara/drift. 4 killer new tracks plus most of EE.
Will await corrections in case my memory is faulty.

That's always code for the opening act. In this case, it was DJ Rick Smith.

Some great new tracks played looking forward to their release! Did anyone get anything from the merchandise stall? Think I saw a signed song sheet and the 'Little man' thing available that Karl referred to before NUXX started,
