this started out as a project several years ago,
but was never completed. of course a few updates in the last decade were made also. i've included a few notable projects that rick, darren, and karl also worked on. so its not just ONLY remixes. i tried to include remixes that darren, rick did during their uw mk2 years, and the last couple of mixes fall under uw mk3. so that's why it's uw remixography. i don't have a name for this project, but the current one is fine for now. i've ripped, and compiled the vast majority of these tracks from vinyl, and cd. but i still have to go back, and do a real re-mastering of the vinyl ones. it's going to take awhile.. feel free to use the listing for your own take on it. i am currently transferring as many vinyl tracks to digital now.
some have had new remasters. some are on cd, but i'm doing them off vinyl anyways, just for comparison. the eagles prey-tontos drums are up now, including the remaster. i'm not doing them in chronological order. just as i find them. also, i have some underworld related tracks, that aren't mixes. there's a robert owens track with karl playing guitar, i might use those as bonus tracks. later -1 |

project update:
========================== i'm done with transferring all the vinyl tracks i have now. i'm waiting on the escape (rix mix), and that should be it. ------------------------------ the cd single tracks and compilation tracks have all been ripped. ================================================ the final wav files for the whole project should be done this week. i might be able to post preview MP3 versions at the ftp if there is interest, a lot of the previous versions were low quality versions. these are much, much better, especially the new vinyl rips, with noise reduction, and click and crackle cleanup. some of the vinyl rips sound as good as the cd rips. the ones i'm posting from the blog are from the previous old versions of the files. (for the vinyl ones). --------- i will have one overall version that has the best quality including cd-rips, and another with alternate tracks including the vinyl rips if they are duplicates. let me know your thoughts, or if there is any interest. most people seem to be ok with listening to the streaming tracks so far. after this, we will move onto the deluxe album versions, which should take awhile to do. later -1 |

Yeah, the UW remix never got released, though it was definitely worked on, as Karl mentioned it in an interview or something.
