the mmm skyscraper book
 

ive been offered a chance to get a copy of this book for around €17. ive seen it online for sale here in NL for about €29. Just wondering whether its worth buying. I dont expect a really balanced point of view but hey, its worth a shot. I was gonna post this in process but then i only have a couple of days to make the decision so I thought i'd post here.

I also thought it was out of print and yet it seems to be readily available.

I'd say yes, unlike the Belly book, its more a mix of art and words.Though some of the words are artistically placed to make art.....if that makes sense.

Buy it you fool!

Yeah its a must for any fan. It's basically dubnobass insert sleeve art put to like 40 pages. I can't speak for the Belly book since its the only one I dont have it but skyscraper is definately the most "Underworld" of the Tomato books.

each page throughout the book is stylistically identical to the dubnobass album artwork.

it's worth it. :)

For that price, I'd definitely buy it. Especially if you have any interest in art or graphic design. It's a fantastic typographic study.

not when you can order it yourself for less, silly. anyway, ive decided to order it.

for €17 i can hardly be disappointed, and if i am suprisingly underwhelmed then i can sell it on ebay :)
