Video for Always Loved A Film
So I just checked my subscriptions on YouTube today and found this:
Always loved a Film (radio edit) by Graham Wood From UnderworldLiveTV, of course. So I clicked on it and..."This video contains content from UMG, who has blocked it on copyright grounds. ...this just...I can't even. (Oh the irony - UW's twitter just tweeted that link 7 minutes ago...) EDIT: Nevermind, it's working. :D It's quite nice. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fTycWroUfKA |

Creepy mouth

Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
I really prefer this to Scribble.

Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
Hrm. Don't like it. Love the song, but the video was incredibly boring to watch.
|
Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by a third party. I feel a plug for my other hobby coming on...
|
Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
not much going on here
|
Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
Again? Why?
Don't they get that this is REALLY Underworld's account? *facepalm* |
Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
i could see this being pretty charming in the context of the whole dvd.

video works better too.

Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
Superb! 7:05. This video, with the superimposed/dissolving HEAVEN text and overall sunwashed scenes/colors recalls "Cowgirl" very strongly. A good thing.

Re: Video for Always Loved A Film

Oh, but it will! First few listenes of "Scribble", new "ALAF", "Bird 1", "Between Stars"...i was sketpical. But dang they're catchy! Play it 10 times in a row and you'll be shouting "Heaaaavenn!". I'm embracing these collaborative efforts - it's the Underworld we know and love, but made a little more "Woofter doofter" (to quote Rick circa 1998). As one of the interviews stated, these songs are custom built to destroy the dancefloor, and i think they'll succeed. For those that prefer the more ambient or experimental side of UW, well, we've gotten a lot of that since 2005 -the RiverRuns, Breaking & Entering OST, a large bit of OWB, radio show unreleased bits. Time to dance again! This record might be the most immediate and catchy since BF. |
Re: Always Loved A Film

Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
I can't help but think it was a mistake not releasing the album in May. ALAF is a perfect summertime single

Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
Great video! Love the randomness, heart, and humor of it.:)

i have to say ALAF is my least favourite out of the new stuff, but the others make up for it by far. |
Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
haha, I lol'd when they knocked out the cop and threw him in the trunk. Video has nothing to do with the song but it's fun nonetheless. :D

Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
I just watched this after the new Grinderman video for Heathen Child. Both are epic in their appropriate realms. Might as well follow these up with some David Lynch cuts.
|
Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
at least the album breaks in time for summer in the southern hemishpere...enjoy it down there. I'm hoping for a hot september to get some enjoyment out of it.

Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
that video is the worst pile of commercial shite ive ever seen
|
Re: Video for Always Loved A Film
I like this video- it kinda reminds me of Sigur Ros' Hoppipolla video, what with old people acting like kids and that. Yeah, I like it a lot.
