Underworld perform a one-off gig at an intimate venue to celebrate the release of their seventh album, Barking. As well as being the first chance for many to hear the new record played live, tickets for the Forum gig are also being sold as bundles with the album.

Prices are: 25 (ticket only) / 28 (ticket and regular CD) / 30 (ticket and deluxe CD/DVD).

Tickets are available from 9.00am UK time on Friday 16th July from [COLOR=#810081]here[/COLOR]

Barking is released on Monday 13th September. A Special Limited Edition Box Set edition of the album with 2 x CDs and 1 x DVD and a Vinyl edition will also be available for pre-order shortly, but is unavailable through the Forum ticket bundle system. More details to follow.

Underworld will tour the UK later in the year dates to be announced soon.

Arrrrgghhhhh!!!!!.... I fly out to Boston that day. :(
Have just looked into changing my flight to the next day and it would cost me £170.
I'll just have to rely on this Saturday's gig and news of full UK tour to keep me happy!

Gig on the 16th Sept at Kentish Town, with the UK CD thown in for another £3, or the CD+DVD for £5.

UK release of a Special Limited Edition Box Set edition of the album with 2 x CDs and 1 x DVD, and a vinyl version is confirmed (Yay! This probably means there's no need to spend a fortune ordering the 2CD+DVD from Japan, unless it's to get 1 bonus track, in which case the 1CD version with no horrible customs implications may well suffice), but these won't be available as part of the gig bundle.

Underworld will tour the UK later in the year dates to be announced soon.

Good news all round, I think - for the second time today for me, as I won tickets for Saturday at the roundhouse earlier!

Thanks UW for letting us know how things stand with the box set, and for not forcing us to buy from Japan. Fancy going for a hat-trick of good news and confirming Scribble will get a CD single release at some point, folks, so we don't all go chasing promos on ebay?

i wonder if the preorder will be via u/wlive.com... or like it was when athens was released.

i hope this special edition doesn't go the same way as the in rainbows' discbox - many orders went missing. a person i know is still waiting for his, he ordered in 2007! customs can be asses in some countries...

No, the album is sent to you on release from hmv.com.

"7. CD is released 13/09/10 and will be delivered from day of release.
8. There will be an additional P&P charge for non-UK customers."

No! It's the Deluxe Edition, which is CD + DVD.

The Limited Super Deluxe Edition is the 2xCD + DVD.

I have no info, that's what I was asking about. Several of us are chasing down overpriced promos on ebay, just in case there's no physical release, so it would be really good to get a yes/no about it.
