Good day all,

Does anyone know if I have any chance of obtaining this album, or if I could perhaps buy one from somewhere!!?

I appreciate this is a limited addition, but I want it and I need it!!!!!

I unwrapped it only once for ripping it. Since then, it has been nicely sitting on the shelf, protected from greedy hands by the ever-watchful Anthology ltd. ed. and the calmly-observant Breaking & Entering OST, standing guarding over its vulnerable front and back covers.

I hate to admit it, but I had to resort to torrents to get this album. I'm not gonna apologize for it though. If I had the opportunity to buy it for a reasonable price, I would.

I don't think anyone would complain about resorting to bootleg tactics to get ahold of this one. It's been sold out since week one with no reprintings on the horizon.

I don't think UW will be out to lynch you for d/l it. If all the copies sold out, there not losing any profit on it via torrents.

I found a website selling downloads of it when i googled your post title... it was the first result.

So... i mean if you really wanted to pay... $6 would have gotten you the album...

Though saying that i doubt the money was going to anyone but the website people!

Legalese NB: Simply "paying" doesn't make the downloaded files more legal than torrenting them. As some moderator has already noticed, they're "thieves" all the same.

Yeah, same here. This is one of my most coveted UW releases. I had to set my alarm to wake up at 3:15 in the morning to buy this on eBay when several were released... Good thing my wife is a heavy sleeper :D

This cd is one of my most precious objects. The triple jewel case and the gorgeous typography (I'm guessing John Waricker). Was listening to it on the iPod only yestie. If a fire broke out in my flat I would grab it, plus In the Belly of St Paul (my own re-binding), my remaining wood and brass camera, and the Fed Holland Day monograph.

Still one of my favorite UW releases (I did the standing by at work on Ebay thang to get it too)... I like the way that there were a lot of 'previously unheard' tracks mixed in with the old faves. 3 CDs is about the right length. :)

Did the same - and thankfully, for one of the releases, they launched a bunch at what worked out for me to be 6:00AM, but I had to get into work early that day. Was so happy about that...
