My first Underworld gig was in the Grey Hall on March 17th 1999. Nice small venue. I'll be there for sure. Where did you get that info?

It's at Rouken Glen Park - a fantastic location in the southside of the city, and 10 minutes walk from my home... and I'm gutted that I'm on holiday at the time!

First time they've played the Midwest since 2003, I think? I wouldn't want to see them at a festival though. Maybe they'll play a Chicago date around then too?

Their festival dates have been very pedestrian. Its like a totally different band. I really hope they play their regular set or something like it for this one.

I have to imagine that the work visas to get over here in the States have been months and months in the making! Can't blame them for doing some field research for where their fast are at, though!

Got tickets for the Oslo gig, and still have my fingers crossed for a 2nd date, although not very likely now I guess.. If they announced that they would do a different show that day, I think 80% of the ones who have tickets already would buy for the 2nd date as well. Heere's to hoping! :D

So they are playing Boomtown Festival in Winchester, UK - only 20 miles down the road from me!

Anybody know the day they are playing & if you can individual day ticket? Cant see on their website

Although decent line up, the thought of spending 4 days there :eek:

Looking at past installments of Boomtown Fair, they do not sell single day tickets. So, it seems pretty pricey if you're only interested in UW.
