They are proper pressed CDs, exactly the same as the ones I have for The Roundhouse in February. The spine is a dark blue/green on the Nov 1st CD. Where do I find the catalogue numbers?? Would it be GB871A0660780 & GB871A0724480 which is printed on the actual CD????

Think the number is UWRLIVECD-016. Sound right?

I think TheBang was asking if the actual data was pressed, not the artwork. If I remember correctly, the only other live CD that was pressed was the Oblivion Ball CD; all of the Live Here Now CD's I received are CD-R's.

Oh I'm sorry, I didn't understand that! Bit too technical for me!

I am wondering whether the Live Here Now discs are in fact dvd-r's, owing to their blue coloration on the playing side. (As opposed to a pure silver coloration on cd-r's I buy for mix cds and copying photos) The dvd-r's I buy for tv progs are defo blue-y on the playing side

No, they're CD-R. If they were DVD-R, they wouldn't play in CD players. I've seen all kinds of CD-R colors over the years. Light green, dark green, gold, black, blue. DVD-R's are usually purple.

Not really, as burned cd's (cd-r) will degenerate over the years...

Taiyo Yuden like the previous LHN CDs will last at 50yrs and probably longer than traditional stamped CDs.
