good point, it doesn't sound like it's much changed from the last time we heard it so this migth well be the case.

and, that version goes to my player, replacing the las vegas bootleg :)

thanks!

No worries! If you want the audio ripped straight from the original vid (I assume it may have degraded in quality while being resized, then upped to YT) let me know, and I'll get it done :)

Yeah, that was my favourite bit too.

Although I think it was more like Prince's I Wanna Be Your Lover.

Hahahaha, Van Halen synth... so true. I wouldn't say the synth was my favorite part of the track but it's what made it memorable. I also hope there's more guitars on it for the album version.

Maybe many of the versions we know were post-collaborations. We have no idea when the collaborations took place in the process.

The ultimate bonus version of barking would contain a "making of..." dvd. Don't you agree?

That would be excellent.

Pretty fucking amazing. Seriously vying for my favorite track on the album.

Doesn't nearly have the sound I was fearing. Overall I think I appreciate his delicate touch more than what Ramirez/Knight did. My biggest complaint on the whole album is the quality of the kicks and simplicity of the rhythms on Diamond Jigsaw, Between Stars and ALAF. It proves how good Rick Smith is at the little details and how downright boring PVD and Knight/Ramirez are with tech-house kick drum programming.
