Could they possibly be versions of "The Hump" or "Why Why Why"?

Re: collectors' corner

one way is to get someone to transfer the DAT over
to a computer, as WAV files.... and then convert those
over to mp3 etc..

if you have a DAT and a soundcard on your computer, you should be able
to hook the stereo connections up to it, and use an
audio recording program to record it, and save the files..

from there, there are several options to posting the files,
to many of the free file sharing sites, like zshare.com or
megaupload.com , etc, etc.... you can pm some of the
people for more advice if you are having issues..

good luck, it will be interesting to hear those other tracks..

Definitely not Why Why Why, never heard the Hump, but I can't see how any of these songs could end up being called that.

As far as posting the songs, I have never done that so any help as to the best way to do that would be appreciated.

If you have them digitized, you could post the songs as a torrent at the RTSR tracker. You can create the torrent file with µtorrent.
A lossless format like FLAC is recommended. MP3 is suboptimal.

Thanks for your efforts, I'm looking forward listening to those songs!

He said they were on CD not DAT (just sourced from a DAT). That makes it easy. You can just use Exact Audio Copy to rip the CD. I recommend ripping to FLAC. Here's a tutorial:

You can then post the tracks a few at a time to file-sharing sites, such as Rapidshare:

http://www.rapidshare.com/

Or, if you're comfortable with BitTorrent, you can upload the whole CD to a bittorrent tracker, like the RTSR one as Jan suggests, or a public one such as The Pirate Bay.

Are these instrumental tracks? If not, can you make out some of the lyrics?

I have registered at the RTSR site, and am waiting on acceptance. Reading through the rules it seems that posting unreleased UW tracks here IS acceptable. Please let me know if this is incorrect, I want to avoid any copyright infringements, I take this issue very seriously. Also I am on a Mac, and most of the torrent info I have come across is for Windows. Again, any help would be appreciated.

To the best of my deciphering skills the lyrics are:
BIG MEAT SHOW
Dreamed about this waitress, working in a restaurant
Dreamed about this waitress, working in a restaurant, she asked me to be on a quiz show
She took me to the make-up room, started kissing me all over

This is delicious, channel 69
The ultimate extension, hard rock and smart drugs
This is delicious, channel 69
The ultimate extension, of hard rock and smart drugs
Children of God, keep your eye on the ball
This is the big meat show, adult film star, welcome one and all

Wind speed rising, summers late this year
Two snakes in a bed, I’ve got my freak machine
Wind speed rising, summers late this year
Two snakes in a bed, I’ve got my freak machine
Children of God, keep your eye on the ball
This is the big meat show, adult film star, welcome one and all

Blackard’s rising, stoned to the bone
Let’s take a ride let’s, shake and dive
Blackard’s rising, stoned to the bone
Let’s take a ride let’s, burn some rubber
Touchdown, crawl along the floor
Touchdown, give me some more
Touchdown, crawl along the floor
Let’s burn some rubber and ride

This is the big meat show, adult film star, channel 69, fast food to go

A natural obsessions, delicious smile

CAN U FEEL ME
Can you feel me, like I feel you
Can you hold me in your dreams
Your
Because I’m holding you

One time I was touching my feet, turn around and found something
One time there was nothing but feet
I put a hole in the back of the sun
If you got in you can feel it
I put a hole in the back of the sun

So can you feel me, like I feel you
Do you hold me in your dreams
Your
Like I’ve been holding you

One time there was nothing to lose
Here’s the fool that’s got something precious
One time there was nothing to lose at all
Dug a hole there was nowhere to run
In my head I found sanctuary
One time there was nowhere to run at all

So can you feel me, can you feel me
Like I feel you, like I feel you
Can you feel me, can you feel me
Like I feel you, like I feel you

Repeats various bits of lyrics through the end of the song

Organ is an instrumental with random words thrown about

Ring Road promo single
http://cgi.ebay.de/Ring-Road-by-Unde...713.m153.l1262

This seems to be the PIAS promo with cover art and jewel case, that went for 30€+ the last few times. I ordered it and will report if this is the case.
