Yes it is. I guess I was just trying to point out that there is another one on eBay from a different seller. Meaning that these are starting to pop up more often now. The only difference on this one is that there is actaully of picture of the back of the CD. But again, it's not a great picture.

On a side note:
This probably isn't the correct thread/forum for this, but I found this on eBay today too!

Regarding the BB promo CD mentioned above... I picked up a copy on eBay recently... It arrived with a printed sleeve and disc and looks quite official, but I haven't read anything (Discogs, Wiki, etc) confirming this... Anyone know if this is an official release (or a high-quality boot)?

Don't worry, it seems to be an official promo.
Where can you read "Promotion only not for resale"? Is it printed directly on the cover or is it a sticker? I wonder if this is the final CD single.

The promotion only label is printed onto the art on the back flap next to the tracklisting...

I would've thought that this was going to be an official release too - but that threw me...

I'll work on a scan of the art to post...

Yeah, that sounds like the normal promos.

At this point, it seems like this is going to be a vinyl-only release (at retail).
