Never thought I would win that contest in May.
3 hours on a train without internet connection and a Photoshop Magazine with an extra CD full of smoke brushes is a good compromise. Later I had great fun with those brushes for a weekend or two. So I sent in my design and I won. Free concert tickets and a meet&greet. Fantastic! Not sure what to tell yall here, but it's a mix I did of a Kirsty Hawkshaw track from an album titled Alchemy by some John Z something or other. Then, I sampled from Cape Fear(the Nolte/Lange/Deniro/Lewis one): Chapter 8 @ 40.42.. - 41.46, like on a loop or something. I also sampled the samples from Living Color's Cult of Personal, Personality. It rocks.
