My CDs arrived today - contacted David on 22nd and Cds in new Zealand on 27th. Very happy with the resolution.

further update:

contacted david, reply within hours, package on my door within days (to canada).

hopefully the excellent communication and service will continue at LHN.

... and it's the 22nd today. "Allow 28 days for delivery" is the normal mail-order standard in the UK. I don't know if it's the same where you are but if, by the 28th, you have still had no news, you should email them.

Yeah you're right! They should release these for free. In fact they should release all their albums and cds and dvds for free too. Why should they be allowed to release albums of their concerts which are available at the exit on the night of the concert, then sell them on the internet and then make people have to wait for them and expect them to pay for them too? I think it's disgusting and if I were you I would write to my MP/Senator/Congressman about it. ;):rolleyes:
