well... all I can say is wow

it was great to meet some more dirties and to actually see a show with one

although scott - you totally suck for not showing up to the dirtymeet :P

and you know what... I'm kind of glad that they didn't play "Moaner", b/c the entire show just seemed to be so overtly posiitive and happy

especially as I was there with my ex, and this was the first time we had seen each other for months

and darktrain HOW INSANE WERE THOSE SEATS!?!?!?!?!?!?
I've NEVER been in a venue situation like that

I'll be uploading some pictures later (probably tomorrow) - I've got a plane to catch!!!!

[edit]
viddy, it's funny you mention 'audio issues' during crocodile... from where we were seating, there weren't any problems...

Sorry I didn't show - my schedule was all out of whack.

I'll try to put something together before Christmas so we all get together in town without having to worry about making it to the gig!

I was sitting in G2 - row 14 w/2 of my buddies. This is my second UW show. I was happy to see the bowl packed. Too bad it's over now... :( If anyone was able to record this show either Audio or Video - please, please, please I need a copy. Anyone there last nite that made the show back in 99 in Santa Monica at the Civic Center??? Just wondering....

Yup, seen them everytime they've been out here going back to Organic 1996!

The Santa Monica gig was by far my favorite.

yeah, the dancefloor was bouncing... it was awesome being up close too. Definately a much better venue for dancing. I missed them when 100 days came out... I'm still bummed... oh well... atleast I was able to get an audio of the show.

Anyone else enjoy the show here in "Los Anjuleeeeeeees"? All I can say is that I have very high hopes for the new album now. The songs they played that were (I assume) from the new album were brilliant. Great set overall, and I was thrilled at them opening with Luetin. Pretty funny when the stage folks were struggling to try to get those inflatable pillars to stand up, but aside from that, in the words of Karl Hyde, "fantastic".

And was it just me, or did Paul Oakenfold reaffirm beyond a shadow of a doubt that he's the king of mediocre, generic sounding "dance" music?
