I too have been fairly unimpressed with releases thus far this year. Unkle has been most impressive to me. Chemical Brothers has been god-awful.

My interest lies in the last few months of 2007:

Underworld
Jose Gonzalez
Hard-Fi
James Blunt (if for no other reason than to see how his luck will fare)

i just downloaded Scott's favs (strategy and studio) and they are both so fantastic! I have been slowly looking through a few others, but these are keeping me intested along with

Unkle,
Dub Pistols,
the slightly disapointing Grand National
Battles
Beastie Boys
Caribou

and my new fav: Femi Kuti (even though he doesn't have a 2007 release)

Grave Temple - The Holy Down will make my top ten for sure. Live performace of half the Sunn O))) on Israel, approaching the music from a different angle than Sunn usually does, clean guitar drones, more trebbly than bassy, really inspired vocals on this one.

the Durrty Goodz Axiom EP, now that I have the full version, is awesome.

been looking for Strategy and Studio ... no sign :(

not really listening to much this year that isn't grime or classical.
