what is this thing I keep hearing about UW/Chems? Is there another show in Denver with the Chems and UW? I thought the Chems show was the 20th or something...

You could buy tickets to both shows at the same time as a package deal. The Chems are playing by themselves.

I think the Chemical Brothers are playing with The Faint, but Underworld isn't involved - just a cheaper ticket. Actually, since I did the exchange at the box office, I didn't have to pay any fees making the $50/ticket cost of the combo deal cheaper than the $52 I paid just for the Underworld ticket, which had like $18 of various fees added to it. Practically a "Buy Underworld, get Chemical Brothers and The Faint for free" deal. Suddenly I like LiveNation :)


Course, after a show like that, I like Everything.

Denver; Free album questions. Hi this is a recorded reply sent to us, sorry in the delay to answer and reading all the messages, there were a lot of questions about the free album giveaway in Denver so here's a general answer for everyone.

- Those who paid by credit card, we have your address. CDs will be sent to the same address your tickets were sent to.

- Those of you who paid by cash or purchased at the venue, you were asked for your address at the show in Denver.

- CDs will be shipped the week commencing Monday October 15th

- Any queries should be directed to Scott Kanov at LiveNation (scottkanov@livenation.com)

No, apparently, they were sent out on Monday, but there's also supposedly a postal strike in the U.K., so who knows.

I'd expect it to take a few days. They were mailed out on Monday and seeing as how it's free, I wouldn't be surprised if they just used regular postage instead of springing for something faster.

This is the entire Denver Show in one big mp3. I would have posted it through rtsrboardoftrade, but I haven't been able to connect to the ftp server. I was asked to share this, so I thought it best to post it here for all to listen.

The reason I sat on this so long is because the sound quality isn't great. At the show, I was up against the stage, so the sound peaks out a lot. Plus this was the first time I used my DS-40 to record anything. I've done some basic mixing and balancing, but it still sounds rough in spots.
I have not had the time or resources to properly mix it and break it down into tracks. If someone else could, awesome.
If you load it into iTunes, check the lyrics section for the setlist.
Also, the artwork is a picture I took at the concert.

first, thank you for all your work and posting it here. it's good to be able to remember the exact order of the songs and i appreciate your effort but this recording really makes me want a soundboard recording of this gig more than ever.

Be sweet ass sweet if Karl&Rick released their 2007 American Gigs in some format!

This recording doesn't do the show justice. I was completely freaking out the entire show, and I would love, love, LOVE a proper recording. Hell, I'd even PAY for it. Yes, I would pay to hear a show again I paid for the first time.
