delivered: april 5th

the other two CDs were much faster last year ...

Well, finally received my Köln replacement disc and 2 London shows today. No dispatch notice or response to 2 e-mails.

Wow, that gives me hope. I'm still waiting for my Brussels replacement and the 2 london shows, and was just about to write a 'oh hay, whats up' email to LHN. Maybe they'll get here after all..

Mine still aren't here - ordered March 12 & email recieved, money taken April 1, email sent to liveherenow April 25.

Response thus far - nothing....

They were much quicker with my first lot

i've ordered my batch in early march (3rd, 4th, something like that) and recieved the disc - after no further contact or notification - at the beginning of april, a bit more than 30 days after ordering.

Still no reply to emails or any discs. have emailed them again. It was much better first time around. I wouldn't mind so much but 106 quid is a lot of money to me....

I am in same boat, 3 inquires and no reply from them. I ordered all 5 of the second offering in March and very concerned that my card has been charged with no product.

If you aren't getting anywhere with LiveHereNow, I recommend that you get your credit card company / bank involved with resolving the transaction.

you would have to claim it as a fraudulent transaction for them to care, if it's a problem with the company then your bank will probably tell you to attempt to resolve it with the company you made the purchase with.

but if you want to claim it as a fraudulent charge, i'd recommend it. spending reasonable amounts of money on products never recieved is bad business no matter the circumstances, it just depends on what you think is a reasonable time to wait.

anyway, from the testimonials i'm opting to not purchase any LHN cd's, the customer service sounds shite and slow as molasses, and the product can just as easily be downloaded without any hassle. so really who can aruge with that? i'd love to support the band, but not if it means i have to be screwed around by unprepared business ventures. sorry!
