i've emailed them via their website, but nothing yet. but then, this competition feeds through them anyway, so we've doubled up on the win, but now i could have a spare ticket, but in my name. but as my name appears twice through cookingvinyl that mightn't be the case.

I have a family emergency and I will not be able to go to the fest.

I contacted the underworld sales email and told them, but I am unsure if they can change the name or if they gave the spot to someone else... Please PM me if you want to give it a shot.
