Very old fan, just haven't posted in a while...
So, Lori Majewski has an hour-long show on Sirius XM where she either has a theme for the week or has a guest artist who then chooses all the music for that week. On Feb 15th of this year, she had on Gary Kemp of Spandau Ballet, who picked the Freur's "Doot Doot" as one of his songs. He then gave a bit of the history and blew Lori's mind away by "revealing" to her that the main members of Freur (Karl and Rick) were the same duo that had done "Born Slippy." If anyone's a subscriber, it's still in the archives. |
