Each disc is watermarked. You guys who bought promos really should send 1 file to Yannick so he can track down the people who sold them on ebay and take them off the promo list.

This is really great news that Telematic Peal will be on album with the name Grace. It sounds like Dubfire did a good job. I like this version. I was fan of first version of Telematic Peal, it was just amazing.

I know that we will get the second cd with Underworld versions, but wouldnt be nice to have all the versions...?
I mean like 3 or 4 for ALAF, 3 for Telematic Peal (Grace).

Personally Im enjoying to be a fan, because we all know many versions of the tracks and we like them for a long time, for years... Maybe another fan favourites will be on an album with another name like Telematic Peal case.

this is growing on me a whole lot. i think i like it a lot now. still don't think the lyrics are much, but the music is very prog-sounding, sort of like radiohead or kraftwerk. i like this direction of sound a lot actually. i don't know what i was thinking when i didn't like it on the first listen.

hey, y'all, i just sent the track 'grace' to a friend of mine and he had this to say about it:

"It had good qualities. It did have a dark vibe. It truly freaked me out. In no kind of good way haha. I literally felt like someone was about to rape me and then kill me. It wasn't fun. But. A+ to the artist for being able to make a song that can invoke that kind of response."

i was like 'wow really?'

i hope he doesn't mind me posting this here but it was on a semi-public facebook wall so *shrug*.

do any of y'all get this feeling from this track?

For some reason, i get a real Joy Division vibe from this song. I like it more and more, but I notice I only enjoy it alone, and yet to find someone I can enjoy it with, much like Joy Division.

I could actually see myself covering this song on guitar, I think it would be fun, like sex.

Yea i can hear that. I'm talking more about Karl's vocals that remind me of Ian. And the synth that starts out and drum patterns, idk, its that kind of vibe to me. I can hear The Cure in it too, but I can also hear some Joy Division in The Cure too.

More specifically, if you listen to the parts around 1:50 - 1:58 min marks, thats like Ian to me.

And yes, Joy Division is like sex to me, like Portishead. i'll save that for another thread sometime. :)
