good luck either way - sounds like you're well-prepared for either outcome...

(as a side-note - those new privacy settings are something else, aren't they? set up by idiots who seem to totally miss the meaning of 'privacy' surely you should start at the most private, and then allow users to open up if they want to?)

well..

i saw her today finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, its over - at least the relationship part..

but...

we're still friends..and we'll keep in touch..

at least that part is there, and we're on good
terms.

yeah, she was disappointed, but there's no reason
we can't be civil, and be adults...

you never know what could happen in the future though!!!

we still plan to meet every so often just to keep in touch..

what a trip its been...
lets see what a new chapter brings..

and yes, i'm already talking to other women.
there's a cute girl next door, that i've been
finding out more about every day..

some strange things going on, but i guess i
like challenges!!!! obviously...

well,

another chapter started in my life..

looks like the girl next door is real!

we've started hanging out, and you never
know what's going to happen and where it
will go!!!!

time to close the book on the past, but
still remember it....

also, GO WATCH - 500 days of summer...
the girl even looked like the one i was seeing!!!

it pretty much mirrors a lot of what i went
through..

of course my movie (he he) will be a lot racier,
and have a lot more twists in it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my friend was kinda like that..
hot/cold...on/off... i just never knew
what was going on most of the time..

at the end it really picked up, and we
got a lot closer..

but she had to make a choice about who
she wanted to be with.. and having a past,
and a son made it really hard..

i do wish her the best though..

anyways, onto my other friend..
she's 23 also (what is it with that age?),
she's a teacher, and is very friendly..

we've hung out all through the holidays,
and even met up new years day..

she seems a little OCD, but thats ok,
just another quirk.... i guess i like those..

good luck with the OCD-ish teacher. Ive been out with a few teachers. always get some intelligent conversation :) as for OCD, well, youre also a person who likes to have things organised right? your compilations are legendary :p

Hmm, 500 Days of Summer - that movie made me mad. Our man Joseph Gordon Levitt sure got taken in and spit out. But isn't that the way in relationships where one person is much more into it and hanging on every word/nuance/supposed clue from the other, less interested person? You build up that this person is your ideal soulmate, when in fact, much of that is just your hopes and delusions projected on someone who's all too human and has their own conflicting views on you. But what made me mad was that the Summer character kind of led him on with dancing and reuniting and inviting him to a party, only to get engaged to someone else in no time, when she said that would never happen.

But back to the positiveness of negative1... i hope things work out and i'm glad to hear that relationships and happinstances affect you in these deep ways. People that drift or are unfeeling are missing out on Life's Rich Pageant. Oscillating between emotional extremes can be trying, but it sure beats feeling numb. Keep on living my friend.
