Rick's pre show sets have always been advertised as such. This really sounds like the intention is to play 2 distinct sets, which is amazing.
It's also getting me ridiculously excited about what news we might get regarding an upcoming release. There seems to be a plethora of new music they're experimenting with.
Are these gigs to road test and refine? Or support a release? Or announce a release?

Hi ya'll, Does anyone happen to know, if there is any Underworld music being played before the 1st set starts (as in, as an opener/opening band)? Or, if that is simply the background music chosen by each venue? I'm just wondering if it is worth getting to the shows right when the doors open, in order to hear some more curated playlists :)

Yes, there is Underworld music being played from when the doors open, and also between sets. It's been a little difficult getting people to report on what it is though, and a little hard to hear in some venues, perhaps. But based on some videos and reports, some of the songs being played so far include Thing in a Book, Tree and Two Chairs, and Custard Speedtalk. They appear to just be the album/studio versions; I haven't heard of any unreleased/unknown or variant tracks.

thx Bang! Happy to hear they are playing some Drift material in the playlists. I'm attending the Frankfurt show, so can report back after that. I'm so excited to hear Tin There live, i can hardly wait!

You can see it in the far upper-right corner too. I believe it's a navy blue with yellow lettering.

Thanks! It looks kinda purple to me in that corner, but it could be any of black/purple/blue I guess depending on the venue lighting. I'll see for myself, Tomorrow!


Can anyone comment on sizing? Are the shirts generous, average, too small, etc?

any reports from sydney or the Bude show? Official media links seem to be used less now, save perhaps instagram, which I don't use myself.
Frustrated that both the Bude and Waseling shows conflict with other commitments. I was sorely tempted by waseling after the manchester show.
