How many of you guys shoot on film? I personally dont like digital photography, it still looks too flat, Ive seen only few high end digital cameras that have similar feeling to to film (kodak dcs for example). Chimping sucks :P -Tomi |

instead of starting a new thread, i thought id revive this one.
Black & White Cans i was kinda messing around with my camera when i took this, but it worked out ok, looks kinda cool. Dam Wall 1 Dam Wall 2 Dam Wall 3 Dam Wall 4 over Christmas i went on a family trip back to my mums home town of Eildon. and i was with my sister-in-law, and she wanted some photos of the Dam. so i thought id get some pictures as well. a lot didnt turn out so great, but here are some that i liked. Lights on a Lake i havnt really taken many night shots, so i thought id have a go. since i dont have a tripod yet, i had to rest the camera on a hand rail, and set the timer. i took a few shots, but this was probably the best. camera: Fuji Finepix S5500 .45X Wide-Angle Lens [sadly thats the best i can find in Aus. :| ] |

dramatic mountain we lumberjacks Joe, for scale Joe again mmm slopes I love you top of the highest chair in North America looking up to said chair he weighs his options me, getting some ugly air and a few from wandering around uni: shot from a window there was a bridge here just some nice lighting done using my 3.2mp Sony Cyber-shot and some Photoshop matt, dig the uniform style in those train-blur shots. |

Funny, i've got two digital cameras, one expensive fancy one, and one cheapo 1.2 megapixel. Turns out that some of my more interesting shots lately have been quick snapshots using the cheapo. Go figure... (i should probably get a lomo)
The "hands" image was taken at my office. We're an architecture/landscape arch. firm that occasionally does some random creative exercises just to keep things interesting.
