100-150 songs?! Dang! But if music is your life, of course you make lots of it! Glad they are still super inspired to write together!

i can wait. it will be ready when its done. im happy listening to the bootlegs of this summer tour and hearing the evolution of the live set has been great. of course, im still glowing from seeing UW in hungary...

I wonder if there is going to be the tangible record for sale in the shops, but then there is also going to be the plethora of other recordings and pieces of the album that are only available via the internet, as rick and karl have been going on recently about how it's time to start trying new ideas they have and executing them, most likely without the constraints of a record company.

What is going to happen?

i was starting to think a multi-disc concept album/book of art. One of these multi-disc might be a PS2 or DVD that can be used in either a DVD-ROM or your DVD player that is hooked up to the TV.

well you can sure speculate about what kind of form(s) any new releases will take. If they want to release 150 tracks, it's obvioulsy not gonna fit on a cd, so maybe they'll have a special webservice with a pay per download system, perhaps along with a "proper" album release.

It's just what I always asked for... the 5 dvdset with outtakes/vaultgems ;)
