why wouldn't they be.

otherwise, what would be the point?

they've already been re-released several times, with extra tracks,
and extra discs also.

Speculation: They've been planning these for years and used the barking box as a trial to see how they wanna go about box set packaging. Also speculating that they've been somewhat too busy with these projects to properly invest (creatively) in the live show. Also with all the singles released around BF I'm excited to see what unreleased material.makes that disc. I betcha the nuxx single is gonna get a remaster release similar to the rez/cowgirl vinyl.

Well I don't know. There is still a point to releasing just a remastered album, even if there is no extra content. Yes they've been re-released, but never re-mastered. I imagine compiling all the extra stuff takes a considerable extra amount of time and investment, added to the time it already costs to remaster the album itself, which could also be used to write new material. I'm just speculating :) Of course I hope for extra material as well as remastered albums, just saying that "remastered" doesn't neccesarily mean the full extra special edition stuff like with the Dubno release. Which might also be extra special since it's their debut album and arguably their most important.
Personally I don't really see the point of re-mastering anything past STITI as I'd have thought by then the albums as they released them sounded like they wanted them to sound and they had enough access to professional equipment and mastering services which they might not have had for the production of Dubno and STITI. So I'll be interested what they intend to do with these.

I agree that nothing past stitti NEEDS a remaster, there is still room to improve all of them (even OWB, arguably their best mastered outside of Olympics stuff). With those I'm more interested in extras though. Maybe a Soundboard peel session with AHDO?
