According to http://www.underworldlive.com/shop/

"Brixton Live, 31/10/08 and 01/11/08 NOW IN STOCK

We have uncovered a few more CD’s hiding in the studio, but they are running out fast."

honestly, besides making the covers...

do you think that underworld will eventually
make more live concerts appear at the store?
(or as .. gasp.. digital downloads)..

i'm sure they have a lot of historical older recordings,
that might not need such a deluxe treatment.. or even
put them up digitally!

there were a lot of earlier shows that they did put up live
tracks/videos from, but they were always in lesser quality..

i'm sure they have higher quality studio masters of all
the lemonworld stuff, and blue mountain, etc, etc...

maybe they're still debating what to do with all of it?

yeah, i know i'm always advocating the artists rights, in how
they release stuff. but if there is a demand, (as there always
seems to be).. it would be in their interest to re-release older
material also... maybe some sort of retrospective/compilation?

i hope you don't think i'm being contradictory, because for
the BWS project (which did have older material included), the
purpose of that was specifically for a book/exhibit release..
wheras the difference here is for PREVIOUSLY released
live material (via underworldlive.com, and dirty.org )...

you know - I was just thinking about this yesterday...

like - wouldn't it be a really GOOD IDEA if Underworld re-released all those old downloads in high bitrate mp3 (like 320 or at least 256 vbr... sure wav would be best but whatever)

as pay downloads - but use those profits to benefit those effected by the earthquake / tsunami in Japan?

(I mean - UW do seem to have strong ties to Japan... and this would be an easy way to do a fundraiser, and I don't see UW fans complaining about the project - as it's for charity)

It took about a month for me to receive my stuff in the mail from UW. I would imagine going to Mexico that it would probably be about the same amount of time.

i just send an e-mail to uw store sales. and they say they ship all within the week of purchase. i hope it would`t take that long. but tell me bang how did you manage the purchase of your stuff. i mean... they send you and email of the confirmation? they send you a code to track your order?

well. all this kind of questions are around my mind, because its my first purchase from uw store as well from the internet:D
