i got out of the habit of watching basketball (and sports in general) after 17, but i was slowly drawn into this and games were exciting until cleveland cheesed it by not being able to defend 3-pointers worth a damn and people like west being completely terrible and... hhhh

point was, i wanted to see two good teams that also had the showy spectacle of pitting two phenomenal players together, and what i got was a nostalgic also-ran of an eastern conference team getting stomped like grapes by "that one western conference" team that can basically coast until there's real danger. no one gives a fuck about the lakers except bandwagoners and people from LA who show up late and leave early. ho-hum, next year please.
