does it mention 'anybody outside of japan can just go poke it because we're not really that interested in giving you the full package.' ? or am i being too cynical or expecting too much of my neighbours?

I did wonder about a boxset release and raised the question, hoping something happens for us. If not, I'll have to buy it from there as I'd like the bonus track, especially if it turns out to be Bamboo or something.

How easy is it to order from Amazon.jp?

sorry; but if they can't bring themselves to release it globally, then they want to take a long look at themselves....

(i'm guessing amazon.jp isn't particularly user-friendly for geordies...)

I've definitely ordered from hmv.co.jp to Seattle, and been happy. You definitely gotta pay your dues for shipping, but you get the stuff.

I ordered the Oblivion Ball Live CD through hmv.co.jp and it was delivered really quick actually. Was pleasantly surprised. The shipping is high, so depends on how much you want it.
