stuff has always been floating around underworld for years.
they been at it along time and its the way they work.
its a pretty normal creative process imo and not a sign of "hoping that stuff they've had floating around for over a decade will still cut it".

Basically, yeah. This is the album we've been waiting for the past like, 4-6 years...haven't looked foward to an album this much ever!
