Funny, because neither I nor my friends have ever had a problem - not to say that this doesn't happen. Always good, clean stuff too! They even give you their business card so you can pre-arrange a meet-up in the future.

To be honest, the fact that foreigners are standing out on street corners looking like obvious drug pushers (in a country where drugs are absolutely NOT tolerated) leads me to think that it's a yakuza racket and the police are payed to look the other way. I think the Iranians are simply foreign proxys being supplied from above, thus ensuring that the Japanese nationals running the whole thing will have their hands clean if there's ever an investigation!:rolleyes:
