i don't see why? someone selling something collected the money and then never delivered on the goods? its also someone that represents Underworld in a small way. How is that good for anyone? Its clear he's just ignoring the problem. I've known Yan for a long time on these boards and this is very unlike him. Many people, including myself, have asked him to explain or deal with this issue yet he refuses to do so. That right there, is fucked up IMO.

Update: I talked to Yan last week and he said he'd packaged, filled in 17 individual customs forms for each package and was posting them next day. That was 20th March. He also said he was putting in extra dogtags...

Paypal only refunds you if you apply within 45 days after making your payment.
So I should have done that early November 2011!

I only believe that the tags were posted when I hold one in my hands.
Been told to often that Yan is going to post them soon when nothing happened in the past...
