I sent an email to both help@liveherenow.co.uk and sales@underworldlive.com back then, but never got an answer so I gave up. Later, when the new shop were launched I tried again to buy the Frankenstien CD. I payed but never got a delivery, so I had to buy it again on iTunes (am I a crazy fan or what?:))
I don´t have time for chasing people and chasing my money is hopeless anyway I guess, so I just thought it´s easier to not buy anything anymore that is not on iTunes or CDON instead.
I just feel sorry for the Underworld music.

6 months isn't a backorder/need-to-make-more. 6 months is "i've completely forgotten about it"

i remember ordering a LOT of cd's from liveherenow,
and other people were having problems. IT WAS NOT
A SMALL AMOUNT or cheap.

until people joined together and said something.
nothing happened.

finally, one of their representatives stood up,
put up an email, and answered everyone's question,
and we finally got shipping notices..

this happened MONTHS after we had already PAID.

everyone that doesn't have something, or didn't get
something. keep posting messages, here, on the site,
on facebook, twitter. get them to acknowledge you.

it's not 'crying' about it.. you paid for something,
you should get in a "REASONABLE" amount of time.
yeah stuff happens, and things go wrong, but SIX MONTHS?

i didn't even order one, but i feel bad for people that did,
and didn't get it. it just shows indifference.

i'm just trying not to get angry about it. if i get them, great! if not - $10 lesson learned.
btw - i sent Yan an email. we'll see if he has anything to say for himself.

I can offer no more promises. Yan has left the Dirty chat on skype and seems more intent on getting drunk than sending these things out. Apologies. I've asked politely over and over. But 6 months is inexcusable. I give up.
