I wish I could tell you more but it just... worked? I went to the Shop link, checked out, it sent me to a PayPal page with a big "UNDERWORLD" logo up top. On that page was a PayPal login prompt and I used it. It showed me the details of the purchase and the conversion to US dollars (66.68) and I hit "Pay Now" and it was done. I have the most basic PayPal available, setup in whatever the default way is. I didn't do anything differently than the first time I tried, it simply just worked this time.

In other news, I tried to access my pre-order on Amazon.co.uk and found it has vanished from my order history. I can't seem to call it up anywhere despite my email confirmation.

fuckle sticks. can't get it to work in Safari or Firefox. I get Smith Hyde Productions as the PayPal header and the same 'your currency is no good here asshole' message.

i've switched by currency 3 times now.. i think i am done for the day

It's weird. I visited the site on my phone and it had the dollars in US, and I tried to check out and got the same error about them not taking my currency. I got on my laptop and the currency showed up on GBP. It picked USA and checked out (I logged in both times). Off I went to paypal where it told me the exchange rate and let me purchase it.

I don't know how to make the website show up in GBP, but like I said, I was logged in both times.

Try clearing out your cookies, temp internet files and all that.

EDIT: I think the key is making sure underworld's site shows the prices in pounds instead of whatever your dumb non USA currency is, :)

nothing I do seems to work..... hopefully waiting will.

Any idea what limited means? Are we going to miss our chance?

Ok, how do you change the currency display on the underworldlive site? I can't find it and it's defaulting to USD. I've cleared cache, cookies, reset safari, tried firefox and chrome. No dice.

I wish I could tell you. My Droid X's browser still shows the currency in US dollars, but my firefox on my macbook and my windows computer show it in GBP. All this is is on the same wifi network too.

I'm looking too again, see if I can figure out the difference. Got to help the fellow dirts.
