Maybe too many people wanted them. Could be there is a small supply.

Haha. Well, actually, it's a private auction, which means all bidder identities are hidden.

If you look at the times and amounts of the bids, it looks a little sketchy. Maybe the bidding is kept private so the seller can drive the price up himself?

never thought about that. are the cds limited supply, or are more being burned/pressed for these auctions?

and to whomever bid on the $100 one, hold off, no? Isnt that the point of Yannick selling them (in)directly to us? It wont do much good if we dirts are buying them from shady dealers.**

**which is why i say, sell em here. screw ebay.

Can you do that? That's messed up. I guess it would be easy enough to just create a new id and use it, if nothing else. But damn!

Re: How many wants the UW Live in Tokyo 2005 CD's?

let's just say that is what he's doing because we resent him for getting his hands on so many copies and selling them at inflated prices.
i don't care if that's how ebay works, that guy did something shady to get, by my count, 4 copies of it.
so if he's deliberately inflating the price to generate interest, let him screw himself.

well, if it can be proven that he drove the price up,
he can be removed from ebay..

however, i doubt someone would risk that..

although, they could always come back with
another account...

someone here did bid on and received it,
so i think its a real auction, just private..

Re: How many wants the UW Live in Tokyo 2005 CD's?

oh, yeah, they're all real. if you win you get it...
but no one's been bidding because of this thread, because we know there's more coming and we're letting them know how much should be available, so there's a high chance many of us will be happy with the end result.

so when shit doesnt move for three days the price jumps from 13 to 100 in a matter of hours?

shaaaady.
