yes, that's quite an issue. as everybody and their mothers must know by now, i also had the same problem as you, and even if andy from digital animal confirmed that my order was placed and paid, i'm still pretty worried. spooky told me that he didn't recieve a shipping mail and it seems that everybody else that recieved their boxsets neither have.

i paid around 8quid for the shipping. don't know if i paid express shipping or something, but there's not even a tracking number. last time i ordered something as large as a boxset, it took two months (!) and it was dispatched by a truck. so then, i'm not only fearing that my order wasn't placed, i'm worried about losing it in customs too.

yeah me too, i sent an email back saying that in the long view it doesnt really matter but it's pretty annoying how they said "shipping out september 14th!!!" only to be told it'll be a week later after actually placing the order.

Hello Lovelies -

I thought it was time we posted something about the various shipping issues we're reading a bit about here.

The first thing to say is, while we do our best to keep an eye on the standards our partners adhere to around the world, you'll appreciate I'm sure there's a lot of them and only so much we can do. For example, we do know HMV in the UK had issues and that that was due to a technical error at their supplier's warehouse. We worked with HMV and the distributor to work this out as quickly as possible and it is our understanding they have now shipped their orders.

In addition, the special package is a complex piece of work in production terms - and it took a long time to put together. As a result, we were all rather later receiving stock from the factory that we had hoped.

The second thing to say is THANK YOU. We've been overwhelmed by the response to the pre-order on underworldlive.com. Our expectations were very low as we thought people would be drawn to local retailers. How wrong we were. As a result, we have (as you may have noticed) had to re-order stock a couple of times over the last few weeks and that has given us a small supply issue. As of today, all orders received by underworldlive.com on or before September 1st have been shipped. We aim to have the rest out in the postal system by Tuesday next week and beyond that anticipate most orders shipping within 2 working days.

We also acknowledge that it's not ideal that you've not been receiving "your order has been dispatched" notifications from us. We are working to address this for the future.

We hope you enjoy the album, the special package and the shows....which reminds me....we have a show to put on here in London tonight. Must go open the doors :-)
