best racing games for the 360?

Hey guys, I was wondering what you think are the best racing games for the XBOX 360?
I would like something that to hear some options for realistic and non realistic racers. Is Forza comparable to Gran Turismo in terms of realism/style? I quite enjoyed Gran Turismo 5 Prologue on the PS3 (had it at work for a while). I hear Sega Ralley is pretty good too, and Project Gotham, but that's more arcade style right?
Of course, Burnout for non-realistic "racing", but maybe there are others...?

You might like 'Grid'. It's an arcade style racing game, but it does have plenty of realism in it. I find the AI to be pretty challenging. I have this one on my PS3, and it has different driving disciplines such as grand prix, drift and street racing.

Another game I like is DiRT. This game is also by the people who made 'Grid'. DiRT is a rally racer with arcade and sim elements. I love it. Great graphics, good AI, plenty of variety. The multiplayer doesn't have much to it. That's the only drawback.

There is a Dirt 2 slated to come out this year.

I have the demo of Grid, it's really nice.

Then there's also "Flatout 3", which is more of a Destruction Derby kind of game, but pretty cool nonetheless.

Is Forza comparable to Gran Turismo in terms of realism/style?

The thing that really distinguishes Forza from Gran Turismo is the fact that Forza has the added realism of damage to your car - damage that can even affect the performance of your car. IE - If you sideswipe the guy you're passing a little too hard, you could screw up your alignment, giving your steering column a tendency to run you into the curb.

You could have a head-on collision with another car in GT and it'll just go boing!

Don't wanna open a new thread about it, but anyone who hasn't got Shadow Complex yet, get it now. You get a lot of game for 1200 live points (which is about 10 euro's if you're a smart shopper). It's 2.5D, looks amazing and plays delicious.
