ok we need strumpet released digitally...

of everything uw have done over the recent years this is quite possibly the best thing ever - better than the now over hyped Beautiful Burnout even - so if UW don't release Strumpet soon i will kill puppies or kittens, or whichever other UW track sounds cute....

join me on my crusade...

My vote goes for next RiverRun release! Sheer bliss or bangin beats, whichever it will be. Who knows Strumpet could be tagged with RR but i would like to see Moon In Water released definately :)

I say give em time to work on it.

You can already buy it on the Brixton live cds...

new riverrun would be nice. Or just release it on a new album sometime next year, I'm sure they have enough material. :)

I don't rate it that much.

On reflection, its one that sounds great when its built about 2/3 into the song... But its all over the place to start with, quite messy ;) Lets not rush this one.

When Underworld is done with this, I'd love a physical CD release. Maybe something like Pearl's Girl with some other tracks on it too? (Bamboo, You Do Scribble)

A digital release like 020202 with multiple versions available would also be great.

If you really want to show you're serious, try killing Kittens. That's one nasty cat.

I had compiled a collection of the latest UW unreleased songs like Strumpet, Moon In Water, ALAF, Bamboo and Telematic Peal (v2), but it was removed. Which is understandable.

Hopefully these will all be released in proper form soon.

i can see why ALAF and Telematic Peel links were removed, since they're for sale via UWLive. So that's a no-no for sharing via rapisdhare or otherwise.

But what of the case of Moon in Water and Bamboo (and the dozen or so other tracks debuted on the radio last year) - yes, UW owns the copyright on these, but they haven't been offered for sale (other than a few appearances on liveherenow discs), and the radio broadcasts are archived and easily replayed/recorded.

I've reported this thread to the RSPCA. (http://www.rspca.org.uk/servlet/Satellite?pagename=RSPCA/RSPCARedirect&pg=buyingapuppy&marker=1&articleId=1213709279947)

none of these tracks are offered for sale on uwlive. The only "new" tracks that are being sold are 020202 and Phonestrap so i don't really see why one could not make a download of the other ones.
A case of overactive moderation perhaps?

[quote=froopy seal;107539]Introducing the new fiction genre of Puppy Psycho-Horrorquote]

Could be a sequel to "dinosaur adventure 3d". And UW's "puppies" track did have a pretty spooky vocal effect (the low pitched vocal used to freak me out. But i learned to love it and accept it.)
This is noise-worthy, but my own "puppy" of 8 yrs of age, has taken to peeing in my closet lately. That's pretty horrific, too.

Anywayyyy....
Strumpet. Yes, please!

Seriously, this song has been in development for over 8 years now... I guess they made a few breaks in between, but that is still pretty long! Even the lyrics were written around that time, at least as far you can tell from the Electraglide version.
Release it, or it becomes a cancer.

The best part is when the bassline goes down then up and then there is this quiet open hihat.
