Yesterday 24: Redemption aired and I'm going to watch this now. I just hope that it's going to be better than season 6 which was pretty bad... Maybe a return to form?

Apart from that the movie was great, it exceeded my expectations by far... If you liked 24 you should watch this. Cannot wait till January...

Yeah, watched it last night. Good to something a little different happening this time. Well, at least mostly in some other country.

The first two episodes were awesome. This reboot is just what 24 needed. There are a few things that may be too much for your supension of disbelief but it all fits and makes sense in the 24 universe. There are lots of new characters and I like all of them so far. I just hope the plot stays coherent, it would be too bad if this season derailed like season 6.

oh good, i'm really looking forward to it. I'm a sucker for 24. Love it when it's good, even like it a bit when it's bad. Dammit, when will Aussie telly broadcast it. It's rather unpopular here, been bumped to some rubbish timeslots. :(

I usually torrent TV shows because of those reasons and because I can't stand German dubs, then buy the DVD boxes later. I rarely watch TV nowadays.
The first four episodes are on EFTV btw.

I'm into the fourth episode now, and one thing I noticed is that the tech stuff is pretty accurate, they use terms like "ping" or "VPN" correctly for example. The score is great, too. At times it's very electronic.
