Today i was up at 1am for work and when i got back i thought as having a rather cool Apple Dual alarm for iphone etc ill stick Simple Peel on a loop to help me get some kip. I have to say this is what i really appreciate about Underworld is there Ambient side. Most people think of tracks which need a dose of Nurofen....:D
But tracks like Simple Peel with distant church chimes somewhere in Europe and Peachtree too are truly sublime! Anyone else who works Darktrains or other knackering jobs i recommend this little sleepy trip. :)

I know what you mean; they have a distinct style with their ambient works that go together so well. The spacey noises, echoing sounds and reverbed vocals. I love all of it and I agree that Simple Peel (and simple distinction too) are incredible pieces.

Peach Tree completely blew me away when I heard it. It's like the song took control and I just sat there and listened to the whole thing in a trance. Incredible stuff!
