Does anybody know them? Or even tried to figure them out?

Karl clears up one of the lyrics for us today:
Parc in the Dark - "Is this perfection - is it time for us to meet?"

i like the lyrics. anyone have opinions as to what they mean? they seem to express some anxious emotion, sort of intense and dark for UW.

Definitely one of my favourite UW tracks to date. This is my best effort, some help please from my fellow dirts... I'd like to sing this song in completion alongside Karl. :)
I've left what I'm uncertain in parenthesis.
Parc
(There's a gold ring tortoise shell) glass in her hand
Inky inky finger there's more feel riding here
From the east end of London, past the M25
How many of us will get out here alive?
Wipe the salt from my skin, take the pressure from my head
(Back out) from the station, gonna watch you slide instead
Two eyes on the wristband, one pair of battered (beads?)
Is this perfection? Is it time for us to (be?)
(Pitter pitter patter) from the corners of your door
Pulls me down and made me clean, i wanna get some more
Numbers on your collarbone, will you be my (sword?)
Whip it out and (whip it on....???)
That last line - Karl seems to just mumble it out...
The version on the CD/DVD release seems to fade out too soon. I'm hoping for a longer version w/some more guitar and drum solo... Great Stuff!
"I wanna get some more!!!" :D

These are only slight variations, but here's what i hear:
(There's a gold ring tortoise shell) glass in her hand
Inky inky finger there's more fear riding here
From the east end of London, past the M25
How many of us will get out here alive?
Wipe the salt from my skin, take the pressure from my head
(Black out) from the station, gonna watch it slide instead
Two eyes on the waistband, one pair of battered (beads?)
Is this perfection? Is it time for us to (be?)
(Pitter pitter patter) from the corners of your door
Hose me down and made me clean, i wanna get some more
Numbers on your collarbone, will you be my (sword?)
Whip it out and (whip it on....high pressure..??..on this one.)

Is this perfection? Is it time for us to (be?)
Is it time for us to leave?
At least this is what I always thought!:)

it has been my signature FOREVER... even before Karl said it ;)

Yes, testudo is correct. As I mentioned above, Karl made a diary entry to clarify the lyric. "Is it time for us to meet?"

I think it's "Will you be my song?" and "Whip it out and whip it on, a pressure hose of thiiiis (love? one?)".
In Atlanta, he sang "Whip it out and wipe it out," which I actually like better. I really hope he's not talking about his penis..

So, based on listens of the original Amsterdam Darc recording, Atlanta's Darc, and Parc from Fuji Rock, I'm 99% sure these are the lyrics. Fuji Rock in particular helped cause he doesn't mumble/slur as much. Still can't make out the very last word though.

How many of us will get out here alive?
Wipe the salt from my skin, take the pressure from my head
Back from the station, gonna watch it slide instead
Two eyes on the waistband, one pair of battered feet
Is this perfection? Is it time for us to meet?
It's a beauty pattern, from the corners of your door
Hose me down and make me clean, I wanna get some more
Numbers on your collarbone, will you be my sword?
Whip it out and whip it on, high pressure hose on this one (???)
Just come back from a short break in North Wales (UK), and realised that in Welsh they call a Park - 'Parc'
As Rik is from Wales and they recently called a track 'Best Mamgu Ever' which is a welsh soup (I think!) did they name it after a welsh Park!
I know it was called Darc originally and this might be barking down the wrong alley but just a thought!!

I like "Darc" so much more. I'm not sure why, really, it's just one letter's difference.
